Repositories Support Project – Summer School 2010

leave a comment

The recent RSP Summer School took place 2-4 June 2010 at Madingley Hall, just outside Cambridge. It is a Tudor House once rented by Queen Victoria for Edward, Prince of Wales, while he was away at University.  Madingley Hall is surrounded by magnificent historic gardens designed by Capability Brown.

Over the three days, delegates heard talks and presentations from a host of invited speakers, covering a wide range of topics relating to the management and administration of institutional repositories.

Workshops exploring best practice gave delegates the opportunity to explore issues in more depth.  There were numerous networking opportunities which gave delegates the chance to speak to peers, as well as talk to the various experts.
